Four touchdowns after halftime, one auto: why the Bengals spot on 2026 Topps Flagship Football is the Burrow spot
Joe Burrow threw four TD passes after halftime in Bengals 35, Ravens 13. On Chrome Spot Lab, the Bengals spot in 2026 Topps Flagship Football has just two hits.
Lead
Joe Burrow threw four touchdown passes, every one of them after halftime, as the Bengals came back from a 13–0 deficit and beat the Ravens 35–13 Sunday in Baltimore. He finished 22 of 30 for 292 yards with four touchdowns, and went 16-for-18 for 249 yards out of the break (Bengals.com). Next Gen Stats, via Ravens.com, has him at a perfect 158.3 passer rating after halftime. Cincinnati scored 35 unanswered points and moved to 4–2, its first AFC North win of the year (Bengals.com).
Here's the decision it sets up. If you claim the Bengals in a Flagship Football break, you are not chasing the receivers who scored Sunday. You are chasing one Burrow signature and one Chase Brown relic. That is a thin spot with an all-or-nothing feel, and it is the opposite of Friday's Bears post, where every touchdown scorer had a hit.
Why the Bengals spot
On CSL's 2026 Topps Flagship Football Hobby break (tff26-hobby-12), you claim one of 32 NFL team spots and run a modeled paper rip. The Bengals spot is the one-auto spot. It carries 2 hits (1 auto + 1 relic), tied with the Packers for the fewest on the board. The 32-team average is about 6.9, and the Jets and Steelers sit at the top with 11 each.
Sunday's scoring sheet is why the spot feels so lopsided. Higgins and Chase, the two receivers everyone will think of first, have no hit rows here. Both are base and Golden Mirror cards only. Mike Gesicki, Drew Sample and Samaje Perine, who also scored, aren't on the Flagship checklist CSL uses at all. So on the Bengals spot, Burrow's autograph is the thing you are really hoping to turn over.
Proof under the feel (Bengals hit rows)
Card numbers come straight from CSL's normalized Flagship Football checklist (built from the Topps checklist):
| Player · Cincinnati Bengals | Hit rows in this rip | Sunday (source) |
|---|---|---|
| Joe Burrow | vet auto #40 | 22/30, 292 yds, 4 TD, all after halftime (Bengals.com) |
| Chase Brown | NFL Material relic NFLM-CB | — |
| Tee Higgins | none (base #41 + Golden Mirror) | 6/148, 13-yd TD (Bengals.com) |
| Ja'Marr Chase | none (base #43 + Golden Mirror) | 5/62, TD (Bengals.com) |
| Bengals total | 1 auto + 1 relic = 2 hits |
Base and Golden Mirror only on the rest of the spot: DJ Turner #214, Shemar Stewart #215, the team card #293, and Topps-tagged Rookies Cashius Howell #357 and Colbie Young #372. Chase Brown's base is #42.
The Ravens counterweight. Baltimore's spot is deeper: 8 hits (5 vet autos, 2 Flagship First Signatures and 1 relic). Derrick Henry has vet auto #16 plus the NFLM-DH relic, and Roquan Smith #17, Kyle Hamilton #19, Trey Hendrickson #39 and Malaki Starks #207 each have a vet auto. Topps prints "Rookie" on Elijah Sarratt (FFS-ES) and Ja'Kobi Lane (FFS-JAL), the other two. Zay Flowers, who caught eight passes for 137 yards and a 48-yard touchdown (Ravens.com), is base #14 only.
Context under the feel (receipted only)
Baltimore outgained Cincinnati 258–59 before the break, and the Bengals had two first downs (Ravens.com). Out of the break, Burrow went 6-for-6 on a nine-play, 66-yard drive that ended with a 6-yard touchdown to Gesicki. The drive included a 10-yard completion to Higgins that moved the chains on third-and-three. Higgins then caught a 13-yard touchdown late in the third quarter for Cincinnati's first lead of the afternoon. Perine ran in a touchdown early in the fourth quarter, and Sample's 16-yard scoring catch later in the quarter closed it out (Bengals.com). Chase finished with a touchdown of his own on five catches for 62 yards.
Bengals.com puts the four-touchdown half in context: it ties Burrow's career best for a single half, and he is the only quarterback in the NFL this season with four touchdown passes in a single half. It is the third time in his career he has thrown four or more touchdown passes in consecutive games. Rookie Cashius Howell, whose Topps base card #357 carries the Rookie tag, got his first career sack out of the break (Bengals.com).
Burrow on how it happened: "We know who we are. We know who we have to be. We let our big-time players go out and make big-time plays."
