T-Mac’s 192 on Sunday night is the case for the Panthers spot in CSL’s 2026 Topps Flagship Football
After Young-to-McMillan lit up the Lions under the lights, do you want to feel the Panthers spot?
T-Mac’s 192 on Sunday night
Tetairoa McMillan just dropped a career-high 14 catches for 192 yards and two touchdowns on Sunday Night Football, and Bryce Young found him for both scores. If you play Chrome Spot Lab’s football break, that’s the night that makes the Carolina Panthers spot the one you’d want to claim.
In Charlotte — the city’s first SNF game since 2015 — the Panthers beat the Lions 32–26. Young went 29-of-41 for 329 yards, two TDs and no interceptions, and the Bank of America Stadium crowd answered with “M-V-P” chants in the fourth. Chuba Hubbard carried 20 times for 122 yards and two TDs. Both clubs are now 2–2.
That’s the decision: after Young-to-McMillan lit up the Lions under the lights, do you want that Panthers spot on the board?
Why the Panthers spot
On CSL’s 2026 Topps Flagship Football Hobby break, you claim NFL team spots and run a modeled paper rip. The Panthers spot puts you on McMillan, Young and Hubbard when the break runs.
McMillan’s chase is thin and clear: base and Golden Mirror only. There’s no auto and no relic for him in this rip, so the big McMillan pull is a Golden Mirror. Young is the deepest footprint on the spot — base, Golden Mirror, vet-auto and an NFL Material relic. Hubbard carries base, Golden Mirror and vet-auto.
You’re not buying a sealed Hobby case. You’re picking the club you’d want to root for after that Sunday night.
Proof under the feel (checklist footprint)
Card numbers below come straight from the official checklist lines in CSL’s Flagship Football spine:
Supporting color on the same spot: Derrick Brown (#227 base/GM) and Ja’Tavion Sanders (#27 base/GM/vet-auto, plus relic NFLM-JS). No dollar comps: published values for this set are still YELLOW / unpublished floor lanes, so read this as chase energy only, not a solds forecast.
Context under the feel
McMillan did this with Xavier Legette on IR (knee) and Jalen Coker inactive (quad). In the first half alone he had 9 catches for 147 yards and a TD — the most receptions in a half in Panthers history, and the fourth-most yards in a half. For the game he finished 9 yards shy of Steve Smith’s single-game yardage record and tied Muhsin Muhammad for second-most. He joined Smith and Patrick Jeffers as the only Panthers with at least 10 catches, 150 yards and two TDs in a game. He came close to Christian McCaffrey’s franchise receptions mark of 15; he did not break it.
The scores: a 32-yard TD from Young in the second quarter, then a 10-yarder in the third that made it 22–16. After that second score, McMillan told the camera, “Shout out to Steve Smith, if you see this face, that means I scored” — and later said the shot aired with no sound: “I thought the camera had a mic.” Late, after Detroit cut it to six, he dragged a toe on third-and-14 from the Panthers’ 32 with 3:16 left to keep the clock moving. Canales: “his feet were clearly in.” McMillan’s own read on the night: “Maybe it’s just the Charlotte air.”
Young opened 11-for-11. Carolina scored on six straight possessions after punting on its first drive. Hubbard’s night was a season high, and he passed Christian McCaffrey into third among Panthers running backs on the all-time rush list (behind Jonathan Stewart and DeAngelo Williams). Detroit’s side, one line: Goff threw for 412, and Gibbs scored his seventh TD of the year.
The claim stays McMillan (+ Young, Hubbard) → Panthers lane.
